What is Special A grade rice?
Special A grade is the highest rating by the Japan Grain Inspection Association, representing excellence in appearance, aroma, taste, stickiness, and texture. Our Yumepirika and Nanatsuboshi have received Special A certification for consecutive years.
How is the rice stored?
Our rice is stored in temperature-controlled warehouses to maintain optimal freshness. We recommend storing it in a cool, dry place and consuming within 1-2 months after opening for the best flavor.
What are the differences between Fukkurinko, Yumepirika, and Nanatsuboshi?
Fukkurinko has a soft, fluffy texture perfect for onigiri and bento; Yumepirika is sweet and sticky, ideal for meals; Nanatsuboshi has a refreshing taste that stays soft when cold, great for sushi and fried rice.

Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Taiwan mainland orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days, outlying islands in 5-7 days. International orders take 7-14 business days depending on destination.
How is shipping calculated?
Free shipping for Taiwan mainland orders over NT$1,500, otherwise NT$150. Separate rates apply for outlying islands and international orders.
